45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 315, 365, 385 (fail x 3)
Wasn't really feeling it on the deadlifts today. Probably shouldn't have gone for a max since I just did it a week ago, but my workout partner was dl'ing so I thought I'd try for 400
Pull-ups: 3x7. Just thrown in in between sets of dl
